After informing me that there was an up-charge for my vehicle since it holds 6.5 quarts of oil, my price upgrade was $90 for mid grade synthetic. I decided that I was going to go to the dealership instead...... The joke was on me, they had already pulled the drain plug leaving me no choice but to get it changed. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
