Absolutely the worst service ever. They didn’t top off fluids but checked that they did, they checked that they vacuumed, they did not. They left the old sticker in the dash from a previous oil change I had done elsewhere. The air filter was supposed to be checked and even though they checked that they’d checked it and it was good they hadn’t done that either. any other store yes this one on little creek no. Manager has a chip on his shoulder. tried to over charge and was called out. talked to district manager that was there and manager still could not give a crap and still tried to over charge.
I took my car in for an oil change. About half way down the road I noticed there is a large amount of white smoke coming from my exhaust and I am having problems with my acceleration. I took it to get fixed somewhere else and come to find out Jiffy Lube didn’t even do an oil change. I still had the old filter installed and they had over filled the oil by 5quarts, also found oil in the intake tube! I had to clean out the entire system. Cost me $200 for damages done to my car! If there was something less than zero this place would get it. Got an oil change and the zip tie the plate because they don’t have the tools to put it back on. How did you get it off in the first place? Don’t spend your money on this place. How are they even open?
This place gets no stars in my book!!!! I purchased a Groupon deal for an oil change, tire rotation and rain-x window treatment for my wife's car. I pulled up to the location and some kid named Brandon came out. I told him that I got the Groupon deal for those services. First thing out of his mouth is there's going to be an hour wait. Worst service! Do NOT use this Jiffy Lube! I got a Groupon for an oil change, tire rotation, and Rain-X treatment. They may have changed the oil, but the tires were not rotated and the window treatment was not done! Worse yet, Brandon P. lied and said it had been. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they were having difficulty with their lift. He then told me they couldn't give me my money. We will see!
