I went in to get a simple oil change and left and went home to puddles of oil on my clean drive way. They insisted the pan was crack even though I never had any oil spots on my drive way and can prove it As I’m selling my home and have recent photos. They cracked it and won’t replace it so now I have to call my lawyer!! Don’t recommend them!!!!!! L.M.E.

I was really disappointed yesterday when I went to go get my tires rotate. The job wasn’t even done & I was told that after I paid for my oil change. No warning. Before they did the service, they asked if I had the tools which I did in the back of my car to change it. Didn’t bother looking & stopped. Might as well for somewhere else. Even if I didn’t have it, shouldn’t they have the tools as well?!?!? 🤔🤔
No waiting this trip, very friendly welcoming staff. They informed me what I needed and did not feel they were upselling. Good job
Can't speak to the service downstairs, but the upstairs "uber office" was a joke. Rude as f#&k, acted like my questions were an inconvience. Never coming back again!! For ANY reason.
I knew you company was ripping people off. I used to take my 2008 chevy impala to your shop everytime I was told I have a oil leak. Once I had my transmission flushed and I just felt it wasnt done. After seeing the news I feel better. I hope they make you all pay. I will never use Jiffy Lube again. You should be ashamed.
