Ozzy Really recommended the right service for my car without making me feel pressured. More of informing me of the benefits and It honestly sold me on getting my car serviced. Really nice and easy going guy. Highly recommend this place
This was my second time coming to this location and my last time. I went for an oil change, from the get go they were very standoffish and rude. Once they finished, they told me to pay inside. After paying, I noticed a sound coming from the bottom of my car that I hadn't heard before, like metal scraping on the floor. When I got home I had my dad look at my car and he verified that whoever checked my car underneath at Jiffy lube didn't close one of my parts and the metal was scraping on the floor.
