Hello, I had a flat tire and had to pull into Jiffy Lube parking lot for safety reasons to get out of traffic. One of the employees told me they need to parking stalls. While I'm grateful that another employee eventually helped me change my tire after being there for 20 minutes,I was surprised that none of the 5 male employees offered assistance when they could see I was stranded with car trouble. Amazing service. Always come to this location for oil changes. Decent prices too.
I wonder why this place is open at 12am on a Thursday pretty shady including the trash customer service.
