Almost $100 for a part synthetic oil change and they didn't tighten the oil filter, now I have oil stains on my driveway. Thank goodness I noticed before my engine was damaged. Two full turns to secure filter and stop leaking.
I have been coming here for three years. Always nice guys, good customer service and never have had issues with the service or my car.
I signed up for premium service which includes filling up windshield fluid and checking tires and vacuuming the floor in addition to oil change. But they were not done even though I was told these were done.
When they replaced it, there drain plug was loose. It makes my vehicle lose a lot of oil.
