Just had my daughters oil changed in her vehicle. Came away with an oil leak that had never existed before the oil change. The worker cross threaded the parts on the oil pan and now it has a leak which they will absolutely not repair. Now it will cost us $$ to fix their mistake. The worker made it a point to write it was cross threaded on the paperwork. So how does it happen this is not their error? Worst service. My car recently broke down because it was out of coolant. I've subsequently learned that it had been low on coolant for at least 2 years. I had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube 5 months ago and was told that all my fluids were checked and topped off. Not blaming Jiffy Lube for the repairs needed to my car, but I know for sure it wouldn't have overheated if Jiffy Lube had checked the fluids as they said they did/as I had paid for.
