Took my 2014 Kia Soul in to get my oil changed. A few weeks later my engine blew up. I took it to the dealership who said that the damage was because of the oil change. After notifying the GM Sascha about the issue he got the claims process started and set me up with a rental car. I last heard from someone in the corporate claims team on 3/7 who said that the damage to my car was Jiffy Lube responsibility and that he was waiting for a quote from the dealership for the repair.
