A week ago on August 19th 2020, my brother and i drove into get an oil change. After leaving, one mile down the road, our hood flies up and smacks the windshield breaking the glass. The guy that closed the hood, whom also happens to be the store manager, failed to secure the latch properly when closing the hood. For obvious reasons, this is extremely dangerous and we are lucky no one was injured. I was disappointed that only one of the three employees was wearing his mask properly. One wasn’t wearing a mask at all. I won’t be visiting again. If they don’t follow common sense safety rules, what else are they not doing properly.

Most expensive regular synthetic oil change I've ever had! The coupon I had didn't qualify and they weren't interested in helping me find a new one for a good deal. While I appreciate it was fast, $100 for 10 minutes, no extra filters or a tire rotation and nearly nothing explained about the service report. will be going back to the dealer next time. What a rip off.
