I brought my car there for an oil change. The mechanic didn't know how to properly drive a standard and burnt out my clutch trying to pull it into their bay instead of asking me to drive it in. I noticed my clutch is now slipping. The clutch was replaced 2 years ago. The workers were very rude and I will NEVER bring my car here again.

WAY overpriced. After questioning the price, they said they would give us a coupon. They then forgot to use the coupon and were UNABLE to credit our card. Ridiculous. I have no idea why people pay that much for a simple oil change. If we knew the price before they started we would have taken our car elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Technicians don't not know what they are doing. Forgot to clamp our radiator hose back on, causing our car to break down, then refused responsibility.
WOW, how do they keep this shop even OPEN?!?! 2 days they come in late, work at a snail's pace! Took them 1.5 hrs to change my oil, I was there a little before 8 am since they SAY that is their regular business open hrs. They don't come in until 8:15ish and then they decide to mosey about. Never coming here again.
