I brought my car there for an oil change. The mechanic didn't know how to properly drive a standard and burnt out my clutch trying to pull it into their bay instead of asking me to drive it in. I noticed my clutch is now slipping. The clutch was replaced 2 years ago. The workers were very rude and I will NEVER bring my car here again.
Business response:
Caitlin, your satisfaction takes priority, and it is displeasing to hear about the inconvenience you experienced concerning your clutch. Our guests' opinions play a huge role in our business, and we honor the feedback you have shared with us. If you ha…See More
WAY overpriced. After questioning the price, they said they would give us a coupon. They then forgot to use the coupon and were UNABLE to credit our card. Ridiculous. I have no idea why people pay that much for a simple oil change. If we knew the price before they started we would have taken our car elsewhere.
Business response:
We are sorry to read of your disappointment, and of the inconvenience you experienced. If there is anything we can do to earn your trust in the future, please tell us in an email to guest.relations@jiffyworld.com that includes this review link for reference. Sincerely, Guest Service Manager
Horrible customer service. Technicians don't not know what they are doing. Forgot to clamp our radiator hose back on, causing our car to break down, then refused responsibility.
WOW, how do they keep this shop even OPEN?!?! 2 days they come in late, work at a snail's pace! Took them 1.5 hrs to change my oil, I was there a little before 8 am since they SAY that is their regular business open hrs. They don't come in until 8:15ish and then they decide to mosey about. Never coming here again.
