They were nice. Took forever but nice.
Had to leave without even receiving my oil change after waiting almost 2 hours with one car ahead of me. Unorganized and inexperienced staff had me uneasy to trust my car with them.

Worst experience I've ever had at ANY car place!!! I'm not happy even rating them with 1 star, that's how little this store deserves. I usually go to the jiffy lube on johnnie dodds for my oil changes and they are efficient, explain things well and know what customer service means. NOT THIS STORE!!!
