Incompetent workers is all that can be said. Came in for a simple oil change, watched as the kid started to put in the wrong weight of oil then after realizing this he started to put in the correct oil without draining it first. After I got home I opened the hood of my car and found he also broke off the ring on the engine oil dipstick and decided to put a screw in it to call it good and just threw the ring on top of my engine. I would give 0 stars if possible.
