Who does this to someone’s car ? Aerials Jiffy Lube. I expected better
After being ignored by management for two months after them ruining my car, I'll be going to the Better Business Bureau. This company has definitely lost mine and my family's business forever. Nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional.
So far.... Took a car into this place for an oil change ... My wife watched it fall of the ramp ... Took it home, the car wasn't driven except to go home. Looked at it next day and there is a dent on the under carriage, and under the door. They claim to have a video and no way was it their fault .... When we asked to view the video with them, they no longer return phone calls.... No other way this could happen.... Court here we come I guess
Be prepared to be bombarded with attempted upsells. I was there for inspection and emissions, and they were trying to get me to buy a kit to clean my air filter...
