I brought my car in for an oil change on 12/27/2020 and it was not a good experience I am 68 and was concerned about the virus so as a result I cam 1/2 hour before they opened to be first in line. Fast and Friendly I have used Jiffy Lube several times. They were good the first time I used them (that's why I returned) and each time I use them they get better. They keep computer records of my vehicle and the work done on it. They also have the mfg's recommendations in their computer.

They keep computer records of my vehicle and the work done on it. They also have the mfg's recommendations in their computer. For instance, I never new there was an air filter that filtered the outside air that came in through your vents.
