Edit: The events described below took place on a Friday evening and over the weekend. By the following Monday, the owner contacted us and remedied the situation. Apparently, even the staff at Hook's that are trained in handling the mini storage do not know how to unlock unused units. We now have a unit. We payed for a unit, do not have a unit, and they refuse to refund us.
