One of their batteries exploded on me. And I wasn't even complaining about that, but wanted to learn proper use and proper charge. There is no customer service nor does any information come with their product. They should not be allowed to sell to the public without safety instructions. I certainly would NOT use their Lighting profucts with small children in the household.

I purchased these pices of junk last June, 2 of them did not work, they sent replacements, now this summer 5 don't work, when I called your customer service department you asked if I used new batteries, what do you thnk, and you asked if I gave them time to charge, another stupid question, I told you I purchase cheaper solar lights for $3.00 from anther company and they worked for years, through blizzards and wind storms, your answer was that's another company, my response to that is yes, a much better company. I purchased 8pk high output solar pathway lights from my local Lowe's 7/12/11. 5 of those lights have never worked. Only 3 would work sometimes. Customer service sent me 3 new batteries. The same 3 lights will work. The others won't work with the new batteries. I paid $89 for these lights. I have requested replacement lights or my money. They refuse.
