Dr. Guan is fantastic. I recently had neck surgery and couldn't have been in better hands. He is an absolute pro and clearly the best at what he does. He is a great communicator, addressed every one of my questions without ever rushing, and has a great rapport with his staff. It was also telling when he met with me in pre-op prior to surgery: some surgeons meeting with other patients were either unfriendly or argumentative with the hospital staff, but when Dr. Guan entered, he was treated like a rockstar. I do the neuromonitoring for his cases in the OR. I have to say he is so professional and strives to do the right thing without putting his pts at further risk. Not only is he meticulous but he is an exceptional communicator. His patients are truly in good hands and very fortunate to be under the care of such a genuine physician.
I am went there 2021. I have some neck issue . I have small Bulging disc from my neck. And he told me to do MRI I did MRI and he saw the result. and he said you fine. It’s a small Issue and I said, please to endoscopic surgery You can remove the damage disc from my neck and rest disc. We gonna keep it., I told him and he rejected . And he told me to Physical therapy massages some kind of injection I did it. But it’s nothing help. Pain is always in increasing increasing increasing but right now I did more MRI in 2025.
