I had two things done. The refrigerator and the kitchen sink pipe fixed. I still need my toilet fixed so I won’t have to keep pouring water in the toilet to get rid of waste. My bedroom window is still not fixed. I still have a cardboard to keep the air out of it.
He says he don’t believe in the money they’re charging for these apartments, whn ppl started staying here these apartments was reasonable becuz in these apartments u don’t ceiling fans, not a big play ground, no dishwasher, balcony but the place could be better for rent being charged
If I had not been experiencing a couple of negative issues here my rating would have been 4 or 5 stars (since I like the area and like my particular unit). But because of some negative experiences my rating is low for a complex located in North Charleston. I moved to my particular complex at the end of December 2024.
