Run really fast!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PPL!! I have rented from them for 2+ years and nothing but bs!! I have had 3 fridge replacements. The last one was the straw for me!! They gave me a roach infested fridge from another abandoned apartment. I complained and sent numerous emails and photos. Still no response ,they do not care about anything but the rent money. And They add fees to your rent that should not be there .They add fees for pest control and they never ever come to do anything . I no longer live there..it is a r... read more
Moved in in March, no working washer or dryer until July, even though they continued to charge a monthly laundry fee. They also stopped paying the trash company so we have a crazy amount of trash backup. Other people in my building have had it so much worse than me with broken appliances and maintenance issues. Thankfully they eventually sold the building to someone else. Think twice before renting from this company.
I do not recommend this property management!! You have no way to get in contact with anyone, work orders don’t get followed up on. When you do call sounds like a call center or someone who isn’t even here taking the calls. I put in a work order regarding my a/c going out , I went a month with no contact or follow up. So yes in the peak of the beginning of the warm weather I went with out A/C for a month .. with no rental credit. I finally found out we had an office located in town.
