I absolutely hate buying cars, I hate the high-pressure salesman, bait and switch tactics and all the crap that goes along with buying cars. This was absolutely 100% different. I've only ever bought cars from friends because I was seriously terrified of salespeople and I have major trust issues. Mike and Donna were absolutely fantastic yesterday and made the whole process a breeze and even enjoyable.
