This last order I received from Krantz is garbage. Ordered 2 yards of topsoil and a yard of compost to replace the poor soil in my front garden beds for delivery in mid-May. With all the rain this year, its been tarped and I didn't get a chance to really see the consistency until recently. The mix has clay throughtout it, including finding giant football sized chunks. Family member paid for 4 yards of topsoil definitely was not nice. Topsoil has boulders and chunks in it. The size of somebody’s head when they were called to find out what they would do about it Family member was told to call a landscaper to have them grind it up At the customers expense, who already paid for the topsoil who didn’t actually receive usable, topsoil not good business!

I received 4 yds of the worst dirt, not topsoil! Huge hard clumps the size of a person’s head. I called and was told to call a landscaper to grind it up. Absolutely the worst service!
