Wonderful experience. First time customer and I would do business with them again. I had left a voicemail after hours and Matt called me first thing in the morning- very friendly, professional and offered a fair price for pea gravel. He sent me photos to be sure it is what I am looking for. He set up next day delivery! The driver, Troy, was also friendly and professional- even called me 30min before. Gravel arrived perfectly as expected.

This last order I received from Krantz is garbage. Ordered 2 yards of topsoil and a yard of compost to replace the poor soil in my front garden beds for delivery in mid-May. Had a great experience working with Emily in the office. She was friendly and answered all my questions. Good product at a decent price.

Family member paid for 4 yards of topsoil definitely was not nice. Topsoil has boulders and chunks in it. The size of somebody’s head when they were called to find out what they would do about it Family member was told to call a landscaper to have them grind it up At the customers expense, who already paid for the topsoil who didn’t actually receive usable, topsoil not good business!
