I ordered my floral arrangement online on a weekend after store hours. First time for me on that process so I was apprehensive and called the the florist to make sure they received the order okay. They repeated back to me my order and that's when I realized I had reversed numbers in the delivery address. They corrected the address for me and called their driver on the spot who come to find out was having trouble finding the address.
