Pool was committed to be finished with no timeline of workload considered. Hence it blew over months and covid was inevitably blamed. Repairs were carried out to sub par fininish and the owner claimed "best we can do " and my pool builders to their credit weared the costs along with me as they were not going to back their faults. I strongly recommend you stay away from this outfit as I'm now tiling to cover the patchwork quilt repairs .Β
We are so pleased with our choice of Jewels for Pools to provide the finish for our new pool. Right from the start, when we engaged them for a consultation, they took us through our options and advised us on how best to ensure the perfect result. We had Jewels for Pools supply our pool resurfacing project (we previously had pebblecrete) I couldn't be happier with the product. It looks great! the colour is fabulous and is smooth underfoot. The water has warmed in my pool another 2 degrees since installation and as a result have not bothered to put in a pool heater as I don't see the point now. I aways get comments on my pool.
