Be aware!!, this place is a scam !! I should have read their reviews before I came here. I came to fix my watch and they said that it will take 2 weeks to get a price on the repair and after they called me for the estimate they asked for more money then what I paid for the watch so I said no thanks. So they broke the watch stem inside the watch to make me fix it there with them
TERRIBLE customer service! I had several watches from her that came with a Lifetime Guarantee. When I went back with 4 watches, with the card for each one, none of them were honored. I had to purchase all new batteries, which I did. Guaranteed with a one-year warranty. The watch quit working consistently less than two months later. The time was off and quit working.
