Absolutely HORRIBLE. Went here to have my ring resized and was quoted that it would be ready by 2pm (left my ring with them at 11:45). My ring wasn’t ready till 4:30 and NOT the same! I understand my band is thin, but I have not had a problem of my diamonds falling out. They said because of the thin band, the diamonds on the band came loose, but not to worry because the man that does the repairs is “the best” and will make it look great… NOT! I've been going to this place for about three years.Had no problems but had suspicions with the owner Elaine on how she conducts business.. Up until 2 months ago I had a chain that I bought from her About 2 years ago and the lobster clamp broke when I went in there to see if they could repair it, they had told me, let me see if we can bend it back. An associate at the Movado store recommended this stand. I walked through the mall to get to the stand and was instantly met with hostility. The older man who works there is uncivilized and simply rude. He didn’t respond when I said, “hello,” was upset when I asked questions about the battery replacement process on my Movado, and grunted when I wanted to look up information before handing the watch over. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend at all!
