I was very happy with the service and the diamond engagement ring I bought. When I wasnt completely happy with the first 2 carat diamond I bought they brought in others until we found one we were happy with. Todd was extremely helpful and friendly the whole experiance. Thank you for such great customer service.

A couple of months ago I started looking for an engagement ring. I went to other stores and was beat down by salespeople and prices. Exact opposite and Jewelry Exchange in Dallas. I described what I was looking for to a salesperson names Leah, and a couple of days later she called me very excited because the exact ring I described came in. She helped me pick out the perfect diamond without ever pushing for an upgrade over my price limit. I will only by jewelry from the Jewelry Exchange from now on.

We bought our 25th anniversary rings from the Jewelry Exchange. We have nothing to say but good about Suzy!!!!! She helped us pick out our rings, order them and as an extra bonus, I got a new diamond ring, which was sized within an hour. All of the store personel were very nice and helpful. We are very pleased with our purchases!

Recently purchased a loose diamond and had it mounted in an existing ring. When the ring came back the diamond was loose and they had to send it back to fix it at no charge. It should of been right the first time since they charged \$200.00 to mount it. Very nice job when it was finished.

I love the Jewelry Exchange and will definitely keep them as my main place for jewelry purchased. The jewelry experts are not pushy, or suffocating and are very honest with their help and suggestions. Im so sorry I didnt visit them sooner.
