i took two rings in to get repaired they told me it would take 3 days to fix. After 3 days i called to ask about them and they told me they would be done by that afternoon. Called the next day still got the run around. They kept my rings for 11 days and still was not repaired. Every Time I called they would lie to me and say they were working on it. Have used these folks for years. They repaired my mother's wedding ring, and I'm taking my mother in laws wedding ring to them this week. They fix my watches, and untangle my necklace. Think they are SUPER
Showed up to pick up a ring at 2:01. Owners were standing right inside puttering around. I knocked and they said sorry we are closed. Seriously, turning away cash pick up? Not the small town atmosphere you would expect.
