I love jewelry by Geno...his staff is always so friendly with us & Geno himself is an amazing designer..I have a couple of pieces that he made for us 1 which he used over a dozen diamonds that were from an old wedding set ...and my engagement & wedding band set is by far the best that I have ever seen...i absolutely love it & get comments on how beautiful it is all the time and of course I always say we got it at jewelry by Geno !!
My grandmother called me upset last night, she visited jewelry by geno to buy my mother a birthday gift, she had won a gift certificate for $100.She drove all the way out there from south buffalo in bad weather, and picked out two items while shopping she stated that she was interested in returning to purchase other items. I went to purchase a gift using a 100 dollar gift certificate and they refused to redeem it because it was it was 8 days expired but with the winter storm just one week prior and my area under a strict travel ban until the 23rd of November who would be thinking of going out to buy jewelry. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service and the lack of interest in gaining a new customer who would be willing to spend money here.
