I took my ring in to be resized and had it back the next day! Staff were very friendly and the price was reasonable. They even told me I could bring it in any time to be cleaned and inspected. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Excellent customer service. I decided to have my diamond reset the week before Christmas and they were able to get it done before Christmas. I absolutely love my new ring that they created for me. I showed them a photo of a ring that I liked and they were able to create something similar. I did have to take it back to get it resized the day after Christmas and got my ring back in less than 24 hours. We will definitely be coming here for all our jewelry purchases and repairs.
Today my gold chain broke and I almost lost the Cross that it held. The Cross was Blessed by The Pope, bought by my Mother for my deceased brother Brian. Anyway, I didn't want the chance of this happening again and I was determined to buy THE BEST 14kt Gold Chain.
