The franco chain starts to separate after time, it's all thru the chain. Separating in many places. I've never in my live had a piece of jewelry come apart. Looks like the company just took 2 linked chains and mended them together. Now the company doesn't want to fix the problem after initially telling me they would. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a jewelry store that stands by there work.
