I buy most of my favorite jewelry pieces from Jewells. Katherine and her team are wonderful to work with, great and friendly service with good prices. They are great.

This is the worse customer service I believe I have ever experienced. I went in Saturday to buy and charm and the one lady that was helping me ask someone else to help me because she had business outside to take care of so the other lady come over and helped for a second and the she left and sent over a young guy to help us. I guess our little purchase wasn't good enough for them so they moved on the big and better things. Our money wasn't good enough. Won't be going back in this place. Poor poor poor customer service.
