Katherine along with all the other staff at Jewells including Paul, Cheryl, Theresa, Patty, Joe, and Bobby are absolutely wonderful and unbelievably helpful in my search of an engagement ring and wedding band. I have had nothing but superb customer service and have the most beautiful ring. Katherine has gone above and beyond for customizing my special ring and I can't be more grateful for this store and the fantastic team! My daughter bought my Pandora bracelet from here for Mother's Day. I loved it! The ladies are so nice and help me pick out a charm for my daughter's bracelet, too. They showed me all of the options and helped me pick out just the right one. I will never shop anywhere else.
Shopping at Jewells is an experience like no other. The staff is super helpful and friendly. My husband bought me a Pandora bracelet and gets all of my charms there. I purchased a Pandora bracelet for my mom and Aunt there, too. I love how quickly I can get in and out of the store without the mall hassle. They take great care of all of the women in my family.
The staff and creativity of Jewells is top notch. The folks are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I've been working with this store for many years, and love them!
Jewells is the best place to get your jewelry fixed Paul Ware can fix anything!! Super customer service!! Not snobby like a lot of other jewelry stores everyone is so helpful and nice!!
Best customer service I have ever had. Everyone is so friendly, and always manages to keep a smile on their face. I have never had a place fix my jewelry better than they have. They really know how to treat a customer right.
I had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger a few weeks ago. The staff at Jewell's were very kind to me, as I was very upset, and once I got my ring back after it had been resized it looked brand new. It was beautiful. Thank you all for your help!

I want to thank Jewells for the awesome customer service that I received. They went out of their way to figure out a solution to my broken discontinued Pandora watch. They ended up giving me a replacement for free. It just so happened they had one in the back they couldn't sell. I am so appreciative of that! I am a customer for life!
I have been a customer of Jewell's for several years. They carry so many pretty pieces. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I love them all. They are my Pandora dealer of choice. I highly recommend them. They also have a reliable jeweler on site.
