I walked in to your shop in my workout clothes, with my tattoos blazing and braced myself to be ignored (as has happened in other retail environments). She greeted me promptly, treated me with respect and courtesy, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to have my jewelry adjusted and beautifully polished and cleaned while I waited (kudos to your jeweler). You earned a lifetime customer today. Thank you.
JTS has taken care of my family over the years (at least 3 generations). They continue to grow and refine their skills and have the best technicians. Love every piece.
