Hands down the best service you'll find. Corbett, Kristen, Makenzie and the rest of the JTS folks exhibit genuine kindness and are incredibly helpful, delivering the kind of small-town service and attention that's lost in today's retail environment. This is by far the best jewelry shop I’ve ever been to. My fiancé and I went to at least 20 other jewelry stores looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring; Nothing was perfect. This shop offered to custom make the band to match my ring and had it done in only a week! It is absolutely perfect and the best part is that it was the same price point as the bands we’d seen at their big chain competitors. They definitely have a customer for life with me.
We were on vacation at Navarre Beach & came to Pensacola for a couple hours. This was the first shop we stopped at & it had beautiful jewelry, I looked at a couple sand dollar pieces & my husband wanted to move on. But I couldn’t get the charm I liked out of my head, so I called and asked if they could email me pictures to make sure I remembered it correctly and they did.
