Not at all the craftsmanship you would expect. Beware! Sadly disappointed. Staff on the floor awesome!! The man upstairs not so much. Not once after the 3rd attempt for them to fix their mistakes did the ever say " We Apologize" when I took my ring held it and said "would you be proud of this walking out your door? He replied no! After that I said nevermind I'll take my ring before something else goes wrong. I'm trying really hard to keep my business local but it's not easy when stuff like this happens.

We have been buying from JTS for years and the service and quality is like no other! They are quick to fix a problem and want to ensure customers are happy! Price is very reasonable and we could not be more happy with the service and care of our jewelry. We drive over a hour to come here and would not go anywhere else to purchase jewelry.
I can't say enough positive things about JTS. The staff is so friendly and helpful without ever making you feel uncomfortable. My fiancé got my engagement ring there and I couldn't be happier. So excited to have such a wonderful shop close by and can't wait to shop there soon!!
Absolutely the best service I've ever had from a jeweler. The family atmosphere makes shopping pleasurable and keeps you going back for all of your jewelry needs! My now husband and I got my engagement ring and our bands from Jewelers Trade and the service has been impeccable! From the minute I walked in the store to the final time I picked up the wedding band, my experience was awesome. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about its selection. My next purchase will certainly be at Jewelers Trade without a doubt. Shop local! Update- I just bought my second ring from JTS and their customer service is always top notch. I have moved to Tampa since my initial purchase from JTS, and I'm happy to keep my business there! Thanks again for all the great work guys!
