They are overworked, but they do the job.
I wish I could give this place zero stars; incompetence, abrasiveness and a failure to communicate. A woman who was answering the phone interrupts mid-sentence when you try to explain something regularly. It took them one full week to get my medication which I need everyday. When calling them, they told me what they usually do, that my doctor needs to complete some step before I can get my medication - that it is on my doctor. I'm surprised to see so many harsh reviews of the pharmacy here. This is actually my favorite pharmacy of several I've tried in the area. I've moved all my scripts here since they're always quick to fill things and never have any problem repricing things with GoodRx versus my insurance based on what works out best. Also I've never had anyone here ever be anything less than polite and friendly even when they're harried and super busy. I definitely can't say the same for other pharmacies.
