Was minding my own business and John was rude to a worker and quite frankly racist the way he was talking to him. The face he made was pure disgust and it sickens me. This is what you call management?
They are overworked, but they do the job.
I wish I could give this place zero stars; incompetence, abrasiveness and a failure to communicate. A woman who was answering the phone interrupts mid-sentence when you try to explain something regularly. It took them one full week to get my medication which I need everyday. When calling them, they told me what they usually do, that my doctor needs to complete some step before I can get my medication - that it is on my doctor.
