I had the worst experience with Sherry. I do not recommend this company. But if you do have to deal with them. Please request Anna. She was the only saving grace and made me and my family felt seen.
Wasted time in a big way, and dashed hopes of getting assistance for my dying mom. Had two long phone conversations with an associate director. Had an hour long meeting at my mom's house with same associate director. Was informed 24 hours after the meeting ended that jevs wont send anyone because of a PICC line (I was told their nurse was afraid it could cause an accidental bleed out) which they could have asked about in the first five minutes of the first phone call. Seriously, get it together.
Great care for your family members! Staff was kind and courteous. Would refer to anyone needing help for your family.
