If there were negative 50 stars, I would still need more negative stars to give them. Who would lie about a drier not working?? they need to come out to do an "investigation." They have to determine that, "yes, in fact, something is wrong with a machine" before they refund you ONE cycle...despite you running numerous cycles...a COMPANY cannot refund money to someone who legit has no choice but to be their customer??
