The person i spoke to was Very rude all i wanted was to purchase a hvac unit and got told no your not and hung up so fast very unprofessional

Front Desk staff is extremely rude and degrading. Didn't get 5 words out and she hung up on me. Called back and she hung up again will never use their services again and recommend no one else does either
Jett’s Mechanical provides more than just a great customer experience. My recent business with them has revealed that they also treat their contractor/partners very well. All team members were professional, communicated with clarity, were timely in promised actions, and above all caring and kind.
Sister in law called them out to work on heating and air unit. She called them after she got the bill and asked questions trying to understand the bill. The lady started being hostile and said to her do you live in your own little world. My sister in law said she has cancer and she wasn't working at the time and asked the lady if she knew how it felt to go day by day with cancer in your system eating you up.
