Do not buy their boards—especially if you are not based in Miami. I purchased a board and it stopped working after about 10 minutes of use. I was told the failure was due to debris in NYC water compared to Miami, which I found questionable. I worked with them for some time to try to resolve the issue, and initially they were responsive. December 11 update, lowering the stars: I am now contacting Jet Surf dealers overseas for parts since Miami is non-responsive. Still no call back in two months. Four messages and multiple texts left. Fuel tank that was shipped back to me was somebody else’s fuel tank and it’s already leaking. For trying to sell $15,000 boards, I expected better service. The board is fun, but definitely do not take your board in to get serviced or put on consignment as they will ghost you and then struggle to find your board. I dropped mine off and not only did it take over a year to have them send it back but they underinsured it with UPS, it was lost, and they pocketed the $1k check from UPS that I would have received covering at least something. When I am able to get a hold of somebody, it generally is smooth, generally, we go days without communication. There have been so many delays. I’ve now owned the board for a year and a half. The board has been down for more time than it has been working because there is such a delay in getting parts and things keep breaking.
