ORDERED a prop and shaft for $800, 3 months ago. I called last month said they forgot, had one left, wanted $220 more and said they would send it out that night. They lied, still did not receive my pump which I paid for 100% up front. I ordered a prop from another Jetsurf dealer in Orlando and received it in 10 days for less money.

Their service is really bad. Like, really really bad. If you ever have the displeasure of having to actually take your board in here, they are very difficult to get a hold of, very difficult to find, very difficult to get a status update on, there's no parking, and no one answers the phone if you sit where they tell you to park (which is in an illegal parking area). Awesome time! Chris and his 2 team members always made sure that our group of 7 was having fun AND being safe. It's a great intro to JetSurf equipment and what they can do, for total newbies as well as people with more watersports experience. Cold water was provided, and we all had plenty of time to demo the different models, didn't feel rushed at all. The SeaBob was a fun extra to play with. Thank again, guys!
