DO NOT PURCHASE - DO NOT PURCHASE - DO NOT PURCHASE THESE BOARDS !! MY BROTHER AND I PURCHASED 2 BOARDS AND THE MIAMI SALES/SERVICE HAS HAD THE ICU'S NOW FOR OVER A YEAR. THE BOARDS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RIDDEN AND IS SEEMS LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION I HAVE EVERY RECEIVED ANYWHERE. WE WILL BE PURSUING THEM LEGALLY.
Absolutely terrible customer service, sales, everything is atrocious. Czech republic and Australia are 10x better to deal with. At my wits wnd with these folks.
I bought a Jetsurf petrol board from Jetsurf Academy in Clermont Florida. The guys there are great, but they have to work through Jetsurf USA Miami and the Czech factory. I had the board for one year under warranty. The entire year was spent with a board that after riding for 30 minutes, would not restart. This is a MAJOR problem when you are far from shore. Do not buy their boards—especially if you are not based in Miami. I purchased a board and it stopped working after about 10 minutes of use. I was told the failure was due to debris in NYC water compared to Miami, which I found questionable. I worked with them for some time to try to resolve the issue, and initially they were responsive. When it became clear the problem could not be fixed, I returned the board to them. That was over three months ago. Since then, they have stopped responding to both emails and phone calls.
