Pork butt is the easiest thing to do. But mine I got on Wednesday was desert dry and the bark which they gave me a lot of was like tree bark uneatable you should get rid of your cook or teach him the butt is done when it hits 190 not 250 internal temp Wasted my money. Ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were all tender and juicy. The jalapeño creamed corn and corn biscuit was very good. I will be back
