Jethro's Barbecue main restaurant on Forrest Ave. is the hub of the Jethro's metro restaurants. The food is always good there and many a time before Jethro's Lakeside in Ankeny was built I would travel down there to get my winter months barbecue babyback ribs fix. Good food and cold beer always.
