Everytime i stop there my car never gets clean and i askes for my mats to be sprayed down was told no. Guess i wasted my money getting a monthly plan.
I had the WORST car wash ever here at the Oshkosh location. Not only did they wash my car in what was about 5 minutes, but when I went to get into my car, I noticed they didn't even vacuum my center consol! All of the crumbs were still there from when I dropped the car off, they didn't vacuum my back seats and all the spider webs where still on the side of my car from when I took it in in the beginning. One of the cleaners spilled a whole bottle of brand new SEALED cleaning supply on my back seat. It was an accident I get that I just wanted to make them aware to be careful when you put something sideways in a bottle on seat . So I called and the rude jerk that answered basically told me he didn't believe that happened and got argumentive. I said f you and hung up.
This is the third time I've taken my car and found that my 6 yr. old grandson can do a better job. The 1st time i called the owner and complained and was refunded my $ plus received a free car wash...deluxe pkg. They did a better job then. Today I took it in...paid $26 and some change left a $5 tip and WILL NOT be going back.
They use to do better job was dis appointed they did sure a poor job wiping out door jams was ton of dirt in then capsules under stand it a couldn't see it but I have a white car also did 2499 package with I believe includes tire shine nope never seen that either . Interior was done to a minimum dash and stuff still dusty and window only got the middle I worked there when I was a kid and we did much better job not happy
