RecommendedSince having bought my car roughly a year ago, I have also since gone to jet stream on pioneer in fond du lac for my oil changes-I Absolutley love how it's included where they top all your fluids, check various things such as some filters, tires etc. Every single person I have encountered there has been absolutley wonderful and I would also agree they have great customer service skills. They are usually able to get me in and out pretty quick! definite customer for life
I walked out to my car and there were spots they missed vacuuming and cleaning but Kevin, the manager, made it right. I really appreciated that. They have excellent customer service. Thank you!
The scanning system was down and the employees did an EXCELLENT job hustling back and forth from the office to customers. They kept things moving smoothly despite the challenge they were faced with! Great job!
Worse car wash ever!!!! For the amount that was paid a person should not have to take added time out of their day to point out that so much was missed!!! Then on top of it be given attitude and then come back out to the car to discover that they broke the air vent on the dash!!! Thanks for the lesson learned
Treat your car to a full service wash, think spring!
$5 increase for you basic full service! $24.99 is way too much for the car wash I received. Center counsel doesn't look like it was touched. My rear tailgate wasn't closed all of the way after being vacuumed and water ran into my jeep. I understand that the backs of seats don't get cleaned, but rather than wiping the same area 3 times on the exterior they could have wiped the mud of the back of the seat. Not worth $25
The exterior wash job was excellent! It still sparkles even after being snowed on! However, I was disappointed with the interior wipe down. The cup holders and ash tray, which are removable and I had them loosened to make sure they got cleaned looked like they were elven touch with cleaner or a vacuum. They just put them back in the holder. 😕
I just got my car washed and the center console was still very dirty. I don't think they even touched it. I don't think they vacuumed the seats either, as there was still black dog hair on my beige cloth seat :( AND I tipped $5 prior to seeing this! Never again!!! This was at the Oshkosh location btw...
Don't work at jet stream car wash because they treat their employees like nobody's if you don't have a driver's license you will get treated like you don't belong there and you will get basically no hours or maybe 2 days in 2 weeks if that.
