I've been a loyal customer of Jet Black for several years, bringing in three different vehicles for service. The quality of their work has always been great, but over the past few years, their customer service and pricing practices have become unacceptable. If you want your car tinted and done right, make sure you go to Jet Black Tint & Glads in Hayward. I went in for their advertised special for July 4th and glad I did. Maamoon was my service rep and he explained all the details to make sure I got the right needs for Toyota Sienna. The service was on point and I was very pleased with the how the tint came out.
