Best Geriatric doctor in Tri-cities. Very caring, passionate and listens to his patients. I have been with Dr Marcello since his days at Spaulding office with another group. It is a pleasure to be seen by him.
I saw Jesus Marcelo for about 6-8 years off and on. He is absolutely the worst. First of all him, his MAs, receptionist, nurses couldn’t get anything right from prescriptions to referrals. When I would go in with my husband for MY appointment, he would only look at and address my husband as if women are not to be acknowledged. Then when I went by myself and tried to address issues I had with him and staff, he would just gaslight me. I’m a high risk patient with airway issues and I’m crippled.
