I hate that I have to give them one ‘STAR’ I had a bad experience with the staff and tried to report it for months to Dr. Lawrence but she ignore all of my complaints through emails and phone calls. I first told her at an appointment she told me she will get back to me and never did. I had to change my provider to another place. They don’t pick up the phone lines so now they have Opera the answering service you can leave a message but no one gets back to you if they do 5% of the time. I called on 10/26/21 and spoke with a representative requesting a telehealth appointment. I advised the representative that I have chest pains, shortness of breath and at this point was a bit concerned. I also relayed to the representative that I wanted to speak with the doctor to hopefully get some X-rays done. I was assured the doctor would call me at 8:45 am the next morning, 10/27/21. I write to expose Jessie Trice Community Health system, they are the worst health care provider so far. Their disregard for people health is disturbing and I will ensure it is reported to the department of health. I want to their facility covid 19 free and maybe coming home with covid 19. You gave me an appointment for 2 pm and kept me till 5 pm with a promise to see me at 6 pm.
