I thought Jess was full of shit when she said “give me 3 months”, but at the time I would have done anything to get in a better space with my husband. The first month was rough, but we were slowly improving. The second month we were an entirely different couple. We finished with Jess before the 3 months because we learned how to share our feeling and validate each others thoughts. We learned how to communicate and share our feelings in a productive way.
