I had a scheduled appointment today but had to drive 35 minutes to another location since that was the only availability. Unfortunately, my GPS misdirected me, so I called the front desk to let them know I'd be 10 minutes late and would like to reschedule. They said we gonnna ask her if she can still see you, they checked and said she would still see me. Completely disappointed. I was treated by a resident, Dr. Waltz, who has no empathy-she’s just completely medically minded and apparently does not understand that having hammer toes also can affect your self esteem. When I told Dr. Waltz that my shoes don’t fit properly and that a larger size doesn’t work because I walk right out of a larger shoe, and that I just hate the way my toes look, she promptly responded, “We don’t do cosmetic surgery here; hammer toe surgery isn’t done just because you don’t like the way your feet l... read more

Horrible ruined my foot and life right along with it. Required multiple surgery to correct her mishap and still am not better she’s also being sued by another patient
