I have never had a problem
Dr. Pennington was very caring, attentive to my concerns, and took her time discussing any worries I had about my health issues. She was very professional and at the same time, had a true genuine way of making me feel completely comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Pennington cares. Despite what some may say is a lack of expertise, I found that the problem lies with the specialist that I was referred to and not Dr. Pennington. It seems there is a loyalty code within a hospital system. A primary care physician can refer care, but if they refer to a specialist in the hospital system they belong to, they can be reluctant to challenge a specialist’s opinion because they are categorized as “specialist”.
