My husband and I have been very impressed with Dr. Palmer. My husband had gotten a prescription at another doctor's office and then didn't like the frame choices they had. He walked in Dr. Palmer's office and found some frames so gave them his prescription. The lenses came in and he couldn't see well with them. She did a whole new exam and reordered his lenses, free of charge. She tries hard to please her customers. My contacts were also very difficult to fit.
