This “doctor” has no idea what she’s doing. Came in with Hashimotos and she wouldn’t even test T4. Told me maybe I have sleep apnea and “we have counselors here you can talk to”. A disgrace. GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!! Do not go to this human if there is something going on with your endocrine system. Zero compassion.
Dr Chan has been my doctor for about 2 years now and I have found her to be knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. She takes her time and treats you like a person and not just a patient. I have multiple Autoimmune diseases and she handles my medical conditions perfectly. I am a retired Respiratory Therapist and worked in hospitals for over 30 years. I know the difference between a good and a bad doctor. She is a good doctor. MP
I agree with the first review. This Dr has nothing to offer other than Levothyroxine, which doesn’t work for everyone. Offers no other solutions, advice, or options. Take your time and money to a naturopath and get actual help for thyroid issues!
Dr Chan is amazing! Current, engaged, highly knowledgeable, high energy and attacks issues with a well thought out plan. Answers all my questions with patience, explains in detail what treatment plan is and options based on progress, couldn’t be happier with my treatment, she’s saved my life.
Awful endocrinologist who takes the old school approach to treating thyroid issues. Avoid at all costs if you’re diagnosed with Hashimotos and symptomatic - she won’t even order a full thyroid panel if your tsh is normal. Should NOT be practicing as an MD, let alone an endocrinologist.
