EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was referred to them by my pediatrician only to find out Jessica booth is on maternity leave - Janice is the worst admin I’ve ever had to deal with. Poor customer service, poor communication - I had to follow up with her repeatedly after a week of no contact to get a response from them. Go to someone who cares about your child & their well being. I hope Jessica comes back in December & gets her office back in order.

My son received speech, PT and OT here. He also attending a social group and it was amazing!! I always say the Ms Jessica was the one who finally helped him with his speech. He was very delayed in speech but Ms Jessica worked with him one on one and in a group setting and it made a world of difference. He also received physical and occupational therapy in the same location which was so convenient for us.

Forgot to write this review a few months ago, damn I wish I could give 0 stars. Physical therapy was terrible and they made my back worse. Danielle or whatever that woman's name is was terrible. Physical Therapy more like Hurt You More Therapy

Sadly not a match for my daughter. or our family. After evaluating her for physical, occupational and speech therapy we were looking forward to attending the clinic. On the first day of speech therapy, Jessica sent me a message stating that my daughter "did not do well at office- super defiant, non compliant and don't think it's a good fit for my facility."
